Diplomatic (Non-Accredited) Visa – F2A
Purpose: A short-term type of visa for diplomatic officials who are not accredited to Nigeria.
Eligibility: Non-accredited diplomats or temporary diplomatic staff traveling for official duties.
Requirements:
- Diplomatic/Official Passport: Valid for at least 6 months, (with 2 blank pages).
- Official Diplomatic Note: From the sending country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stating purpose of trip.
Steps to Obtain
- Collect Required Documents
- Ensure your diplomatic passport meets validity requirements.
- Obtain an official note/letter from your Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Apply online (embassy)
- Submit visa requirements and pay visa fees.
- Obtain Visa.
- Validity: 90 days from issuance.
- Extendable: No.
- Stay duration: Not exceeding 30 days.
- Restrictions: No employment. Official meetings, conferences, seminars only.
- Family/Group Applications: group application for up to 10 persons.
