Purpose: A type of visa issued to spouse of international student in Nigeria.
Eligibility: Spouse accompanying an international student.

Requirements

• Valid Passport (not less than 6 months validity)  
• Passport size photo 
• Admission letter from an accredited Nigerian educational institution 
• Proof of payment of required minimum tuition fee by Applicant or
• Sponsor (Statement attached)
• Letter of acceptance for immigration responsibility by the institution 
• Copy of spouse Residence
• Evidence of marriage
• Evidence of funds to sustain the family.

Steps to Obtain

1. Gather Documentation.
2. Apply online (embassy).
3. Submit visa requirements and pay visa fees.
4. Obtain Visa.

Validity: 90 days from issuance.
Extendable: Not applicable.
Stay duration:  2-year renewable permit upon regularization.
Restrictions: No employment. Reside in Nigeria.
Family/Group Applications: No.
