• Formal application for R8B Visa by the institution accepting Immigration
• Responsibility
• Evidence of marriage
• Evidence of Spouse Residence Permit
• Evidence of funds to sustain the family.

Steps to Obtain

3. Submit visa requirements and pay visa fees.
4. Obtain Visa.

Validity: 90 days from issuance.
Extendable: Not applicable.
Stay duration:  2-year renewable permit upon regularization.
Restrictions: No employment. To reside in Nigeria.
