Eligibility: Spouse of Nigerian Citizens.

• Valid Passport (not less than 6 months validity)  
• Passport size photo 
• Attested Marriage Certificate
• Copy of the sponsoring Nigerian citizen’s valid identification (e.g., National
• ID, Passport)
• Evidence of stable residence in Nigeria (e.g., utility bill, lease agreement)
• Police Clearance Certificate

• Steps to obtain

1. Gather Documentation.
2. Apply online (embassy).
3. Submit visa requirements and pay visa fees.
4. Obtain Visa.

• Validity: 90 days from issuance.
• Extendable: Not applicable.
• Stay duration: 4 years. Multiple entry (Residence permit)
• Restrictions: No employment. To reside in Nigeria only.
• Family/Group Applications: No.
