Eligibility: Oil/gas/power sector investors

Requirements:

• Evidence of US$100,000,000 imported and retained as investor’s capital.
• Applicants must have previously held or currently hold either an F4B or F4C Visa.
• Security clearances from place of residence.
• Valid Passport and recent passport photo.
• Proof of Investment in a large enterprise.
• Business Plan specific to the enterprise.
• Certificate of Incorporation / Business Registration Documents.

Steps to obtain:

1. Obtain Documentation.
2. Apply online (embassy).
3. Submit visa requirements and pay visa fees.
4. Obtain Visa

• Validity: 90 days from issuance.
• Extendable: Not applicable.
• Stay duration: 10 years. Multiple entry (Residence permit)
• Restrictions: To invest and reside in Nigeria. Investor capital retained in Nigeria.
• Family/Group Applications: Family/Dependants: Apply for N6A, N6B, N6C and N6D for spouse, minors, adult children, and aged parents respectively.
