Investor Visa (Small Scale Enterprise) – N3A
Purpose: A multiple-entry type visa for potential small-scale enterprise investors who wish to invest in Nigeria.
Eligibility: Small scale enterprise investors
Requirements:
- Must have had or currently hold either F4B or F4C Visa
- Evidence of US$250,000 – US$500,000 imported and retained as investor’s capital
- Security clearance from place of residence
- Valid Passport and recent passport photo
- Proof of investment in a small enterprise
- Business Plan specific to the small enterprise
- Certificate of Incorporation / Business Registration Documents
Steps to obtain
- Gather Documentation.
- Apply online (embassy).
- Submit visa requirements and pay visa fees.
- Obtain Visa.
- Validity: 90 days from issuance.
- Extendable: Not applicable.
- Stay duration: 3 years. Multiple entry (Residence permit)
- Restrictions: To invest and reside in Nigeria. Investor capital retained in Nigeria.
- Family/Group Applications: Family/Dependants: Apply for N6A, N6B, N6C and N6D for spouse, minors, adult children, and aged parents respectively.
