Purpose: A visa type issued to dependants of expatriates (18 years and above) employed on expatriate quota.

Eligibility: Dependants who are 18 years and above accompanying employed expatriates on quota.

Requirements:

• Valid Passport (not less than 6 months validity) 
• Passport size photo 
• Proof of dependency (birth certificate, affidavit, adoption decree etc) 
• Copy of the expatriate’s visa  
• Letter from the principal Immigrant (Parents) accepting IR

Steps to obtain

1. Obtain Documentation.
2. Apply online (embassy).
3. Submit visa requirements and pay visa fees.
4. Obtain Visa

• Validity: 90 days from issuance.
• Extendable: Not Applicable.
• Stay duration: 2 years. Multiple entry (Residence permit).
• Restrictions: Permitted to reside in Nigeria as dependant to employed Expatriate on quota.
• Family/Group Applications: No.
