Purpose: For Under 18 Minors of Nigerian Parents by birth traveling on a foreign passport to re-enter Nigeria.

Eligibility: Nigerians by birth in accordance with Section 25 and 31 of Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 as amended holding other National Passports.

Requirements

• Valid Foreign Passport of Minor (not less than 6 months validity).
• Birth Certificate of Minor (Must show Parents Full names)
• Valid Passport of Nigerian Parent 
• Proof of Nigerian Parentage (birth certificate with Nigerian parents, old Nigerian passport, etc.).
• Valid Ticket.

• Passport sized Photo of Minor
• Passport Size photo of accompanying Parental/Legal Guardian
• Parental/Legal Guardian’s Letter of consent (if accompanying by a guardian)
• Application Letter from Parent/Guardian requesting visa.

Steps to Obtain

1. obtain documentation to show Nigerian heritage.
2. Apply for F9B Visa (e-Visa).
3. Upload Visa requirements and pay visa fees.
4. Obtain Visa
5. Get Landing Card

Validity: 90 days from issuance.
Extendable: Yes.
Stay duration: Not exceeding 30 days per entry. multiple entry.
Restrictions: Not permitted for employment. Interchangeable use of Passports is not allowed.
