Purpose: A visa type issued to dependants of employed expatriates on quota who are less than 18 years of age.

Purpose: For foreign nationals offered employment under an approved Expatriate Quota.
Eligibility: Must have a confirmed work contract with a Nigerian employer holding a valid quota.

Requirements

  • Valid Passport (not less than 6 months validity).
  • Employment Contract.
  • Acceptance letter from Employee.
  • Formal application from the Employer/ Institution accepting Immigration Responsibility (IR)
  • Expatriate Quota Approval.
  • Educational Certificates/ Skill acquired (evidence to include Transcripts, Diplomas, Degrees etc)
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV).
  • Board Resolution (for senior managers).

  1. Company Applies for Expatriate Quota to Ministry of Interior.
  2. Get Quota Approval (and acceptance letter to sponsor the applicant).
  3. Submit STR (Subject-to-Regularization) Visa Application at Nigerian Embassy, including all documents.
  4. Enter Nigeria and Regularize status, obtaining CERPAC (Combined Expatriate Residence Permit and Aliens Card).
