PROFILE OF THE CGIS & OTHER MANAGEMENT TEAM OF NIS

Kemi Nanna Nandap, pcc, mmis, fsmn, fspsp, is the 19th Comptroller General of Nigeria Immigration Service. The CGIS holds two Master’s Degrees in International Relation and Strategic Studies/Business Administration with other professional qualifications. Her main responsibilities under the supervision of the Minister of Interior are, to administer and coordinate the general operations of the NIS toward efficient border security & migration management in the Country.

HEADS OF DIRECTORATES
Border Management Directorate
Ado Rano Sabo, is a Deputy Comptroller General (DCG) Border Management. The DCG holds a Master of Art degree in Mass Communication. He oversees border (air, land, sea & virtual) management policy formulation and implementation.
ICT & CyberSecurity Directorate

Augusta Obianime pcc, is a Deputy Comptroller General (DCG) in charge of ICT and Cybersecurity. The DCG holds a Bachelor of Art degree in English language. Her duties include the development, security and management of digital information, communication systems.

Finance & Account Directorate

Saidu Bashir Daura pcc, is a Deputy Comptroller General (DCG) in charge of Finance and Accounts. The DCG hold a Bachelor’s of Art degree in Hausa/Islamic Studies. He oversees the financial transaction and accounts of the Service.

Planning Research & Statistics Directorate

Dauda Mohammed Bagari pcc+, is a Deputy Comptroller General (DGC) in charge of PRS. The DCG holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education. He oversees planning, research and statistics activities of the Service.

Visa & Residency Directorate

Franca Usiwoma Nwanneka, is a Deputy Comptroller General (DCG) in-charge Visa and Residency. She holds a PhD in Crisis Management and oversees all Visa and Residency related policies and implementation.

Human Resource Management Directorate

Samuel Ugbong Agba, is an Assistant Comptroller General (ACG) i/c of HRM. He holds a master’s degree in International Relations and Strategic Studies. The main responsibilities are personnel management and deployment as well as overseeing the over overall implementation of the policies and programmes of the Service.

Works and Logistics Directorate

Samson Umar Agada, is an Assistant Comptroller General (ACG) I/C Charge Works & Logistic. He holds a holds a post Graduate Diploma in Immigration Refugee Studies. His main responsibilities are to oversee the Central Store, projects implementation and maintenance of the Service’s infrastructure and operational vehicles.

Passport & Other Travel Documents Directorate

Titilayo Opeyemi Olaiya is an Assistant Comptroller General (ACG) In Charge of Passport and Other Travel Documents. The ACG holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education. She handles issues of relating to Passport and Other Travel Document in the Service

Migration Directorate

Halliday, Azuka Mimi, is an Assistant Comptroller General In Charge Migration Directorate. She holds a Masters degree in International Relations and oversees the Service's Migration

governance policies, bilateral/multilateral agreement, policies on Smuggling of Migrants and refugee.

Investigation & Compliance Directorate

Aloysius Jerome Umoh, is Assistant Comptroller General ACG In-charge of Investigation and Compliance. The ACG holds a Master’s degree in peace and Conflict studies. He Oversees Investigation and Compliance Directorate
