These resources support border control authorities and other stakeholders in validating ePassports and electronic travel documents issued by the Nigeria Immigration Service.

Update Cycle Notice

Certificates, Master Lists, and CRLs are updated on a quarterly basis in synchronization with
ICAO PKD releases. Stakeholders are advised to always use the latest versions.

Security Best Practices

Always download files via HTTPS to ensure secure transmission.
Verify SHA-256 hash values of downloaded files to confirm authenticity.
Ensure systems are configured to trust only official CSCA certificates.
Check expiry dates and replace certificates before they lapse.
